What does order "processing" mean?

Your order is currently in the process of being packaged for delivery. Order processing can take up to 3 business days or more during high volume periods. Once your order has been shipped, you will emailed tracking information. Alternatively, you may log into your user account to check your order status & obtain your tracking details after shipment has take place.

Can I change/cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once your order has been placed on our site, any request to amend your order is not guaranteed. We will try our best to accommodate our customers needs, however, once your order has been sent for processing no further changes/cancellation can be made. It is buyers sole responsibility to review their order prior to checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days from order date. Business days include Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note delivery times are only approximations & are not guaranteed.

Why is my tracking number not working?

We send out tracking numbers as soon as your shipping label is created. However, full tracking details may not show online until it reaches the USPS shipping facility which can take anywhere from 1-2 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent out via email. Tracking numbers can also be retrieved by logging into your user account.

For international orders, we use various shipping carriers. Please retrieve shipping details by logging into your user account.

What payment methods are accepted?

As we do not store any credit/debit card information on our site. All credit card & debit payments are securely processed through PayPal payment services. If you do not have a PayPal account, all you need is an email to sign up & then you will be able to input your card details at checkout.

What is your Shipping Policy? How do I get free shipping?

Sweetheartlashes.com ships worldwide! See below for minimum order amounts to be eligible for our free shipping option. To take advantage of this offer, simply select the "free shipping" option at checkout. All other countries, we charge a flat rate shipping cost of US$14.99. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

United Kingdom & Australia: Over US$100

Please note shipping charges do not include any taxes or duties (if any). Your parcel may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches its destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient of the parcel & are not covered by Sweetheart Lashes Inc.  

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Due to the nature of the product, all products are final sale (non-refundable). All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. In the event that a product received is defective, we will exchange the product for the same style at no additional cost. We must be notified of the defective product within 5 business days of receiving the product for an exchange. The defective product must be returned to us its in original condition & packaging (unused with all seals intact) within 10 business days of receipt of product, otherwise the item will not be eligible for an exchange.
