All shop prices prices are quoted in USD. You will be charged USD at checkout.

What does order "processing" mean?

Your order is currently in the process of being packed for shipment. Order processing can take anywhere from 1-3 business days (possibly more during high volume periods). Once your order has been shipped, you will emailed tracking information. You may also log into your account at anytime to check your order status & obtain your tracking info if you miss our email notifications.

What does order "completed" mean?

Your order has shipped. USPS will deliver your package shortly. For orders within US, visit the USPS website with the tracking number provided in your shipping notification email for full delivery details. For international/ Canadian orders, please use the tracking info & link provided in your shipping notification email to track your delivery status. All tracking information can also be found in the “Order History” tab under your user account if you miss our email notification.

Can I change/cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once your order has been placed on our site, any request to amend your order is not guaranteed. We will try our best to accommodate any special requests, however, it is not guaranteed. Once your order has been sent for processing no changes and/or cancellations can be made. It is buyers sole responsibility to review their order details prior to checkout. Please check your order details & shipping address carefully before placing an order on our site.

When will my order arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days from order date within US. Outside of US, it can take anywhere from 10-21 business days. Business days include Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note delivery times are only approximations & are not guaranteed.

Why is my tracking number not working?

We send out tracking numbers as soon as your shipping label is created. Full tracking details will not show online until your package has been scanned & processed by your shipping carrier which can take anywhere from 2-3 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent out via email. Tracking numbers can also be obtained by logging into your user account after shipment has taken place.
US orders are shipped via USPS. Click here to be directed to USPS website.
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post & other various shipping carriers. A direct tracking link will be provided in your shipping notification email.
For international orders, we use various shipping carriers. Please obtain your shipping information by logging into your user account.

What payment methods are accepted?

We do not store any credit/debit card information on our site. All credit card & debit payments are securely processed through Stripe & PayPal payment services.

What is your Shipping Policy? How do I get free shipping?

Sweetheartlashes.com ships worldwide! See below for minimum order amounts to be eligible for our free shipping option. To take advantage of this offer, simply select the "free shipping" option at checkout. All other countries, we charge a low flat rate shipping cost of US$14.99. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

Please note shipping charges do not include any taxes or duties (if any). Your parcel may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches its destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient of the parcel & are not covered by Sweetheart Lashes Inc.  

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Due to the nature of the product & COVID-19 protocols, all products are final sale (non-refundable). All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. In the event that a product received is defective, we will exchange the product for the same style at no additional cost. We must be notified of the defective product within 10 business days of receiving the product for an exchange. The defective product must be returned to us its in original condition & packaging (unused with all seals intact) within 18 business days of receipt of product, otherwise the item will not be eligible for an exchange. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
